TERMS AND CONDITIONS – DATAGROOVE

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made in the Store.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices in the Store are shown in euro (EUR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT), unless stated otherwise.
Delivery costs are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.
Orders may be paid for using online banking, payment card, or other payment methods offered in the Store.
The sales contract enters into force when payment has been received in the Store’s bank account and the order has been confirmed.
3. Product Information
Information about products (name, description, technical specifications, price, availability, and other details) is provided on the relevant product page.
The Store displays only products that are in stock or can be delivered within a reasonable time.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and the actual product may differ slightly from the images shown.
4. Placing an Order
To place an order:
- Select a product and add it to the shopping cart.
- Fill in the required information.
- Choose the delivery and payment method.
- Review the order details.
- Confirm and pay for the order.
If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to stock errors, technical issues, or other reasons, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
In such case, any amount paid will be refunded no later than within 14 days.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered within Latvia and to other countries according to available delivery options.
Delivery methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Typical delivery times:
- Within Latvia: 1–7 business days
- To other countries: according to the selected carrier’s terms
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
6. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer, or a third party other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To withdraw from the purchase, the customer must submit a withdrawal request using the form available on the following page:

If desired, the withdrawal request may also be sent by e-mail to shop@datagroove.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The goods must be returned within 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice.
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless the delivered goods were non-conforming.
The Store will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. The refund may be withheld until the goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified by law, including:
- goods made to the customer’s specifications;
- perishable goods;
- opened hygiene goods;
- digital content supplied electronically with the customer’s consent.
7. Non-Conforming Goods and Warranty
The Store is liable for non-conformity of goods in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Consumers have the right to submit a claim regarding non-conforming goods within 2 years from the date of delivery.
If a defect appears within the first 12 months after delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.

Depending on the circumstances, the Store may:
- repair the goods;
- replace the goods;
- reduce the price;
- issue a refund.
A response to the complaint will be provided within a reasonable time, but no later than within 15 days.
8. Personal Data Processing
The Store processes personal data only for order fulfilment, delivery, accounting, customer support, and compliance with legal obligations.
Data may be shared with payment service providers, delivery partners, and other parties only to the extent necessary for providing the service.
Marketing messages are sent only with the customer’s consent.

10. Final Provisions
The Store has the right to amend these Terms by publishing the updated version on the website.
The sales contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
